This hands-on experience is for anyone who wants to learn the art of making sourdough focaccia. It’s a simple, practical workshop designed to guide you step by step, giving you the real confidence to make your own at home.
 

During the class, you’ll watch live demonstrations showing exactly how the dough is mixed, stretched, and prepared. As we dive into the essentials of maintaining and troubleshooting a sourdough culture, you'll feed your very own live starter to take home for your own kitchen. While everything unfolds, you’ll also get to enjoy fresh, warm focaccia made just for the class—giving us a chance to chat, connect, and enjoy some good bread together as we go.
 

From there, we move into the creative part of the evening. You’ll be given a beautiful, pre-made dough ready to dimple and design, using an array of fresh herbs and vibrant vegetables to create your own edible masterpiece.

You’ll leave with your decorated focaccia dough ready to take home and bake hot in your own oven, along with your freshly fed live starter, our focaccia recipe, and a starter care guide.
